Description | Container with a spout and plug. A twined cord enables the container to be carried. It was used to carry liquid, possibly tuak (palm wine). It has been carved in a manner to accommodate the natural shape of the bamboo. The 'spine' of the bamboo has been carved to create a decorative feature that runs vertically long the wall of the container. |
